SHIPMENT COST – FRONT DOOR TARIFF: for each items on the web site we have provided a general shipment quotation which includes the packaging, the insurance and the delivery according to the front door freight. A skilled driver will unload the item(s) from the delivery truck and bring it to your building’s doorstep. You will be responsible for further transport beyond that point. We recommend asking someone for an extra hand; alternatively, you may upgrade to In-Home Delivery.

HOW IT WORKS: once you have confirmed the order we take care directly of the packaging which is fundamental to protect objects while they are moved. Usually we build tailored wood boxes and fill them in with bubbles, paper, foam rubber, polystyrene in variable quantities depending on the kind of object. To open it you might need a simple screwdriver. Then the shipment company comes and pick up the box to deliver to the final address. At this point I will share with you the tracking nr. To follow the shipment. Item will be left in its packaging after delivery. A wooden crate is usually used for international shipments for maximum protection. TRANSIT TIME: usually shipment takes 5-10 working days. We will keep you updating regarding the shipment status.

DELIVERY: A signature will be required upon delivery.

In the event that there are visible signs of damaged packaging or missing or incorrect pieces, please indicate the problem on the Delivery Note, take some pictures ( externally and internally) and contact us as soon as possible within 24 hours. A signed delivery receipt without reservation or notations of missing, damaged represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition and it makes impossible to activate the insurance procedures.
